Although we know dieting, weight loss, and preparing for a wedding can be emotional and stressful, we aim to bring a little humor to your day each time you stop by…even if you’re laughing at us.

Meet the Nutrition Expert Behind The Scenes!

The past few years, I’ve helped more than 700 people 1:1 transform their lives, while collectively losing thousands of pounds of body fat and building hundreds of pounds of muscle. I’ve worked with a diverse group of people, including first-time dieters, full-time parents, high-level CrossFit competitors, elite powerlifters, and bodybuilders, as well as collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes.

I am the former Nutrition Editor for Bodybuilding.com, the worlds largest online health and fitness store, and a former Sports Dietitian at IMG Academy, a premier boarding school for elite youth athletes and home to hundreds of collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes.
